"Jednoosobowy hord, który ... brzmi jak profesjonalny band w pełnym składzie. Patrząc na zdjęcia Adama - lidera Mastectomy jestem naprawdę zdumiony, że tak niepozorny gość, stoi za tą brutalną i rozbudowaną sieczkarnią. Ten człowiek naprawdę wie o co kaman w brutalnym biznesie i niesamowite jak doskonale ogarnia temat aranżacji wszystkich instrumentów na tym poziomie. Olbrzymi plus należy się zwłaszcza za ogarnięcie sekcji rytmicznej bo, choć jestem osobą raczej wyczuloną na nienaturalne brzmienia automatów perkusyjnych, tak tutaj naprawdę nie widzę najmniejszych mankamentów. Bębny brzmią bardzo organicznie, selektywnie i bardzo, podkreślam BARDZO naturalnie pod względem aranżacyjnym. Z początku byłem przekonany, że spora część tych partii nie jest programowana, ale jest dogrywana na żywo tak, jak robi to choćby właśnie Shaun LaCanne we wspomnianym Putrid Pile, ale lider Mastectomy wyprowadził mnie z błędu - wszystko jest aranżowane na automacie i są to zdecydowanie jedne z najlepiej zaprogramowanych partii perkusji jakie usłyszycie w tym gatunku. Same utwory, jak na ten konkretny gatunek są bardzo słuchalne dzięki właściwemu zróżnicowaniu i doborze motoryki - od morderczej wiwisekcji blastami, przez typowe, death metalowe mielony, aż po gniotące, pojedyncze jebnięcia, zostawiające na moim ośrodku słuchowym głębokie sińce. Jest groove, jest odpowiednio dawkowana energia, jest ładunek gore’owej patologii, a to wszystko w bardzo czytelnym, selektywnym wydaniu. O to chodzi."
